Ever since I was young, I was fascinated by nature both above and below the waters of Lake Huron, and my favorite things to draw, paint and create were birds, fish and other underwater creatures. My relocation to Florida in 1993 cemented my love of wildlife and sealife. Vibrant colors abound everywhere and I don’t miss the opportunity to include these colors to my artwork. Most people don't experience and appreciate the underwater world. Twenty plus years after learning to scuba dive, I am still excited to explore the life beneath the sea or introduce this wonderful experience to anyone who wants to learn out about it. My artwork is a representation of the wildlife above and below the ocean that I encounter as well as my fascination with the spectrum of colors that nature displays.
